Technical Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities

• Planned, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project objectives, requirements, and scope, as well as create a comprehensive project plan with tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing timely updates on any deviations from the plan. 
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts and escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in the technology or software development industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• PMP certification is a plus
